what is the different between guaranty and warranty?

I belive guaranty is when you buy for instance, pc the agency will guaranty the pc for 1 year,so incase of any failiuer of parts, agency will replace it and fix it free. Warranty is , you pay for parts and agency will fix it free. is that right?
