What is the cost range for an outdoor digital sign. The type that stores use to display pricing messages.?

I have a bid for a community sign but have no way to know if I'm getting ripped off. How do I find out what the cost range is for a sign outside my store? Red LED, three lines of text, nothing too fancy.
